Pre-School, Elementary and Secondary school awards – maximum of $500 per academic year. Examples: Classroom supplies, bus pass, field trips, music instruments, gym clothes and shoes, and similar needs.
Post Secondary or vocational education awards – maximum of $500 per semester. Examples: Class textbooks, lab fees, bus pass, class supplies, and other classroom needs, GED or adult ed fees.
Extra curricular activities (for either category):
Recurring: No more than $200 per 3 months, or $600 total, in an academic year. Examples: Art classes or supplies, gymnastics, gym memberships, acting classes, dance classes, league fees, swim lessons, tutoring.
One-Time Allotment: No more than $500 per academic year. Example: Driver Education/Training.
NOTE: Applications for continuing months should include feedback on previous period.
All funds are paid after requests have been approved by the Board and receipts are turned in to the Treasurer.
