The Yolo Children’s Fund, Inc. is a public benefit corporation registered in the
State of California. The Yolo Children’s Fund corporate registration number is
2328433; the Yolo Children’s Fund FEIN is 68-0471518; and the Yolo Children’s
Fund RCT number with the California Attorney General is CT0135170. The Yolo
Children’s Fund, Inc. is a tax exempt organization and 100 percent of all donations
to the Yolo Children’s Fund, Inc. are tax-deductible.
All money collected on this website will be provided to the Yolo Children’s Fund,
Inc. and used for charitable purposes. The money collected on this website will
fund gifts of goods and services to needy children. The primary recipients of the
gifts are children in foster care and in the juvenile justice system. Less than ten
percent of all money collected by the Children’s Fund is applied to administrative
expenses of the Yolo Children’s Fund, Inc.
Any member of the pubic may request a copy of the following forms that the Yolo
Children’s Fund files annually: IRS Form 990, California Form CT-TR-1, and
California Form RRF-1. Additionally, a member of the public may request a copy
of IRS Form 1023.
